Lincoln-Douglas - Resolved: In the United States, colleges and universities ought not consider standardized tests in undergraduate admissions decisions.

Public Forum - Resolved: The European Union should join the Belt and Road Initiative.

Fees:

  • Discounts are available for low-income schools.

  • The winner/s of each division receive free entry into the next Telegraph tournament. For Public Forum, if the two winners don't enter their next tournament together, each student that won the tournament receives a 50% discount for their part of the entry fee for the next tournament.
