How to Register

The registration process is different for folks that enter through a Debate program as opposed to registering independently:

*Note to coaches: you still need to register your students on Tabroom, even if they've submitted all the forms.

All registration materials are due on  5/20/19 at 3:45 PM, Pacific Standard Time.

Schools and Academies

This method should be used by parents and students whose coach has registered their Debate program in this tournament.

1) TWO guardians per competitor must fill out the parent form. If the competitor doesn't have two legal guardians, they need to send an email to natalie@telegraphsd.com and notify that a second guardian is not available.

2) The competitor/student should fill out the student form:

3) Students need to make sure that they've read the guide on how to compete in online tournaments.

Students Registering Independently

This method should be used by parents and students whose coach has not registered their program. This method is made for students that wish to register themselves, and not be affiliated with their school or learning center.

1) TWO guardians per competitor must fill out the parent form. If the competitor doesn't have two legal guardians, they need to send an email to natalie@telegraphsd.com and notify that a second guardian is not available.

2) The competitor/student should fill out the student form:

3) One guardian must fill out the coaches' form. Since the student is not affiliated with a formal program, the parent needs to complete both forms.

4) The legal guardians will receive an invoice to the email addresses that you designated as the parents' address. The invoice needs to be paid in full by May 21 at 3:45 PM.

4) Students need to make sure that they've read the guide on how to compete in online tournaments.
